New Fitting (45 Mins)
For first-time clients, or anyone who hasn’t been fitted with us before. We’ll measure you, discuss what you’re looking for, and guide you through styles across our full size range so you leave knowing what fits and feels best for your body.
Re-Fit (30 Mins)
For returning clients checking in on size, fit, or style preferences. Bodies change over time from weight fluctuations, pregnancy, hormones, or simply time. This appointment includes a re-measure, fit assessment, and the chance to explore new styles and favorites.
Teen & Pre-Teen FIt
A first fitting experience designed to feel comfortable, supportive, and confidence-building for teens and pre-teens. A parent or guardian is required to attend. We’ll focus on finding well-fitting styles while educating on how a bra should properly fit and feel.
PROJECT UPLIFT
Project Uplift is a community initiative of The Bra Shop, in partnership with United Way of Central Massachusetts, providing professionally fitted sports bras and fit education to girls facing financial barriers.

Comfortable, Personalized Bra Fittings with Expert Fit Specialists
Finding the right bra shouldn't be frustrating or intimidating. At The Bra Shop, our experienced fit specialists take the time to understand your body, lifestyle, and personal preferences, helping you discover bras that feel as good as they look.
With band sizes ranging from 28–48+ and cup sizes A–O, we offer an extensive selection of beautiful, supportive bras for a wide range of shapes and sizes. Our approach is personal, educational, and always respectful of your comfort level.
What to Expect
Plan to spend approximately 30–45 minutes with one of our fit specialists. We'll discuss your needs, assess your current bra, take measurements, and recommend styles tailored to your body. Your fitter will guide you through the process and offer assistance based on your comfort level.
Locations: Professional bra fittings are available at our Worcester and Wellesley locations.
What to Wear: If possible, please wear a traditional bra rather than a sports bra. We also recommend bringing a favorite fitted top to see how different styles look under your clothing.
