Plan to spend approximately 30–45 minutes with one of our experienced fit specialists. We'll take the time to understand your needs and preferences, assess your current bra, and take measurements to help identify the best fit for your body. Your fitter will recommend styles based on your unique shape, comfort, and lifestyle, making adjustments and evaluating each bra along the way. Depending on your comfort level, your fitter may offer hands-on assistance to ensure the best possible fit.

We recommend a fitting at least once a year, or whenever you experience changes in your body, weight, or comfort. Even small changes can affect how your bras fit and feel.

We recommend gently hand washing your bras with a lingerie-friendly detergent and allowing them to air dry. Avoid the dryer, as heat can damage elastic and shorten the life of your bras.

Full-price bras may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached, along with proof of purchase. Once tags are removed, items are considered final sale. Underwear, shapewear, swimwear, special-occasion lingerie, beauty products, accessories, and sale or clearance merchandise are non-returnable.
