The Bra Shop will gladly accept eligible merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend that customers wear their new bra at home for 10–15 minutes before removing the tag to ensure the perfect fit. Once tags are removed, the item is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note:

  • Panties, shapewear, swimwear, special-occasion lingerie (including teddies and bodysuits), intimate accessories, underwear, beauty products, lotions, candles, and stockings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
  • The Bra Shop reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
