The Bra Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, people-focused Bra Fitter to join our team in our new downtown Worcester location. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with women, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping others feel confident and supported.

You’ll be joining a team of fun, upbeat, and supportive individuals who care deeply about the work we do and the experience we create for every customer.

No prior bra fitting experience required—we provide training. What matters most is your ability to connect, listen, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, one-on-one fitting experiences
• Help customers find products that truly work for their bodies and lifestyles
• Build trust through education, listening, and thoughtful recommendations
• Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and organization
• Manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently during busy periods

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (boxes, inventory, fixtures)
• Comfortable reaching, bending, and moving between fitting rooms and sales floor
• Ability to assist customers in a hands-on, professional manner during fittings

Schedule & Details

• 2–3 days per week
• Primary coverage needed: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM shifts
• Paid parking included
• Commission and bonus incentives offered regularly

The Bra Shop is growing! Following the success of our Worcester location, we’re opening our second shop in downtown Wellesley this fall and are looking for exceptional people to join our opening team.

The Bra Shop specializes in professional bra fitting, with an extensive selection of bras, lingerie, sleepwear and loungewear. Our approach is personal, educational and solutions-focused. We want every customer who walks through our doors to feel comfortable, listened to and genuinely cared for.

We’re hiring both full-time and part-time Bra Fitters / Sales Associates who genuinely enjoy working with people, like staying active and take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.

No bra fitting experience is required. We will teach you the technical skills. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, listen, learn and make others feel comfortable.

Who Might Be a Great Fit?

Some of our best candidates may not come from traditional retail backgrounds.

This could be a wonderful opportunity for someone returning to the workforce, transitioning from another career, semi-retired and looking for meaningful work, or simply ready to try something different.

We especially value experience in compassion-centered and people-focused professions such as education, nursing and healthcare, social services, hospitality, caregiving and other roles where listening, patience, communication and building trust are essential.

Retail or sales experience is certainly helpful, but it isn't required.

More than anything, we're looking for people who genuinely enjoy helping others.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, one-on-one professional bra fittings
• Listen to customers and understand their individual needs, concerns, preferences and lifestyles
• Help customers identify bras and products that truly work for them
• Educate customers about proper fit, bra styles and product options
• Build trust through thoughtful and honest recommendations
• Create a welcoming, comfortable and judgment-free environment
• Assist customers with lingerie, sleepwear, loungewear and other products
• Manage multiple customers and priorities during busy periods
• Work collaboratively with other fitters to find solutions for customers
• Support merchandising, inventory, restocking and general store organization
• Maintain fitting rooms and the sales floor throughout the day
• Receive, unpack and organize merchandise
• Help establish the culture and customer experience of our new Wellesley location

Training

Prior bra fitting experience is not required.

All new fitters will receive paid training in The Bra Shop's professional fitting process, customer experience standards and product assortment.

Prior to the Wellesley opening, new team members will complete a brief training period at our Worcester location, working alongside our experienced fitting team and gaining hands-on experience with customers.

Candidates must be able to travel to Worcester for this initial training period.

Schedule

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Our Wellesley location will be open Tuesday through Sunday. We are looking for team members who can work a combination of weekdays and weekends.

Weekend availability is required.

For part-time candidates, we are open to discussing consistent weekly schedules and particularly welcome candidates looking for meaningful, ongoing part-time work.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position, and team members should be comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the shop for the majority of their shift.

Team members must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Regularly go up and down stairs to access inventory and other areas of the shop
• Frequently move between fitting rooms, the sales floor and stock areas
• Bend, reach, kneel and retrieve merchandise from varying heights
• Lift, carry and move boxes and merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, stocking and organizing inventory
• Assist customers in a hands-on, professional manner during fittings
