Return Policy
The Bra Shop accepts eligible merchandise for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please try your bra at home for 10–15 minutes before removing tags, as tag-removed items are final sale. Panties, shapewear, swimwear, special-occasion lingerie, intimate accessories, underwear, beauty products, lotions, candles, stockings, and all sale/clearance items are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and The Bra Shop may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
