The Bra Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, people-focused Bra Fitter to join our team in our new downtown Worcester location. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with women, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping others feel confident and supported.

You’ll be joining a team of fun, upbeat, and supportive individuals who care deeply about the work we do and the experience we create for every customer.

No prior bra fitting experience required—we provide training. What matters most is your ability to connect, listen, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, one-on-one fitting experiences
• Help customers find products that truly work for their bodies and lifestyles
• Build trust through education, listening, and thoughtful recommendations
• Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising and organization
• Manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Strong people skills and experience working directly with customers
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive listener
• Comfortable with respectful, consent-based physical interaction as part of the fitting process
• Quick-moving and able to multitask in a dynamic retail environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment
• Passion for helping women feel confident and comfortable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (boxes, inventory, fixtures)
• Comfortable reaching, bending, and moving between fitting rooms and sales floor
• Ability to assist customers in a hands-on, professional manner during fittings

Schedule & Details

• 2–3 days per week
• Primary coverage needed: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Weekend rotation required
• 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM shifts
• Paid parking included
• Commission and bonus incentives offered regularly
